Blue Ridge Country Club offers several membership
options to meet the needs of prospective members.

Class
A |
Full privileges:
Requires purchase of Class A Common stock.
Entitles a member and all dependents and members
of his, or her, immediate family who reside
with him, or her, to all privileges of the
club. Dues are $590.00 per year payable annually
or quarterly. |

Class
B |
Requires purchase
of Class B Common stock. Available for purchase
by businesses, whether operated as sole proprietorship
, partnerships or corporations.The person
in whose name the Class B share was issued
shall become a member, entitled to full privileges
and under the same duties and obligations
as a Class A member, for a term of one year.
Membership may be renewed or a new person
named to the membership by the business subject
to the approval of the board of directors.
Dues are $590.00 per year payable annually
or quarterly. |

Non-Resident |
Including any person or persons living outside of a 25-mile
radius from the club grounds. This type membership
may or may not be required to own stock at
the discretion of the board of directors.
Must pay 1/2 of the green fee and cart fee.
(If cart is desired) Dues are $295.00 per
year payable annually. |

Student
Membership |
Available to students until they graduate from High School.
Dues are $190.00 per year payable annually. |

Trial
Membership |
Available
by paying dues only, for one year and then
required to purchase stock. Dues are $590.00
payable with application. |

Stock Purchases: Class A and Class
B Memberships require the purchase of Class A or
Class B Common stock respectively. All purchases
or transfers of stock and/or application for any
membership must be approved by the board of directors.
Stock is payable either in full or over a 3 year
period.
Class A Common stock is available for purchase by
individuals only, and only one share shall be issued
to any individual. Current price of Class A Common
stock is $3,000.00
Class B Common stock is available for purchase by
businesses and holders of Class A shares. Class
B Common stock may be upgraded to Class A Common
stock by paying an additional $1,500.00.
Current price of Class B Common stock is $1,500.00
